Check out this video on mobility about the shoulder for a clean.  Work up to a 1rm on a clean for our new programming.  This next 8 weeks we will change our strength lifts to clean, push press, squat snatch, front squat.   After cleaning we are going for a re-test of "Karen"  150 wall balls for time.
