Boot Camp
Since we have had very little response to the 6am class, we are going to run a boot camp from 6am-7am M/W/F. The cost is $150 for 6 weeks and the camp will begin August 1st. Each class will start off with a warm-up, skill work, and then a CrossFit workout. There will be a limit of 15 people that can sign up for the camp. You will be able to sign up at the website below.

Current paying members will not have to pay extra to come to the Boot Camp but they will have to sign up online to attend. Fight Gone Bad
All classes will be at 901 F Norwalk tonight! No classes at the Sportsplex tonight! Couple of Things:

2. We are considering splitting the pot where 70%(or 60%) goes to the winners and 30%(or 40%) goes to the loser's charity. Please drop me an e-mail with your decision if this acceptable and how the pot should be split.
3. I would like to schedule a time next week for everyone to come by separately and I would like to set up a video confessional booth. I want to put together a video for the final celebration day!
4. I need to know who cannot make Friday's weigh in!!

Congratulations to Wayne D and David L who beat Ian T today in the 120 Burpees for time with a record time of 10:34 compared to Ian 10:42. Congratulations to all! You made it through 120 burpees. I bet you could not have done that 8 weeks ago!
Jersey Mike's on Friday
I would like to announce that Jersey Mike's has graciously offered to help raise funds for the Greensboro's Biggest Winner Competition. For ALL fire men/women and police men/women and their friends and families who eat at their Georgia Street location OR their Battleground location this Friday, they will donate 15% of the proceeds to the general fund.
Be sure to mention the Biggest Winner charity event in order to be a part of this fundraiser.

Monday... Fight Gone Bad. 5 Exercises, 1 minute at each, 1 minute break every 5 minutes, 3 Rounds for time. Named by BJ Penn as a Fight Gone Bad and it is an exclusive Fundraiser workout for CrossFit. You count total reps of the following exercises:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75#
20" Box Jump

Wall Balls 20#

Ian fought for the exclusive 300 number but came up about 30 short.
We will do a Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser at 12 on Saturday, April 3rd at our open house. More details to come!
Today: Skills and Drills. The earlier class worked on the clean and jerk focusing on getting an explosive hip. The later class worked on kipping pullups and rope climbs. These days give us the extra work we need to get certain skills down.
