Coach Cameron Williams is an eight-year CrossFitter, a firefighter, a former tackle football player, and a lover of birthday cake. Her goal is to help people enjoy fitness as much as she does.
“I love coaching from personal experiences,” she says. “If I can relate my CrossFit experiences to someone else, it helps them to see hard work and dedication will pay off.”
Cameron’s favorite thing about coaching is seeing her members’ enthusiasm and desire to get better each day. “Coaching is challenging but also very rewarding, and that combination always keeps me coming back for more,” she says.
