Coach Greg Cameron has been CrossFitting for four years and specializes in strength and powerlifting movements. “I enjoy helping others reach their full potential with their health and fitness goals,” he says. “Seeing athletes overcome challenges and enjoy the process of learning new things and breaking through personal barriers is one of the best parts of coaching.”
Exercise and fitness have always been a passion of Greg’s. He grew up playing lots of different sports, and he wrestled in high school. After spending time as a member, Greg was approached and asked if he’d like to become a coach. “I really enjoy coaching when I am not working as a firefighter,” he says.
His favorite quote is “Anything in life worth doing is worth overdoing; moderation is for cowards.”
