Coach Kyle Williams has been CrossFitting for seven years and specializes in Olympic weightlifting. “I think the best thing in the world is to see the light bulb go off in an athlete’s head when they get a movement or a lift that they have been working on. Priceless!” he says.
Kyle believes we should all “Do one great thing every day.” For him, some days that’s being a CrossFit coach, and other days, that means working as a firefighter with the City of Greensboro.
After CrossFitting for five years, Kyle wanted to become a coach so he could make a positive impact on people’s lives. “I am passionate about helping our members/athletes achieve goals that they thought were out of reach,” he says.
