Social Distancing Protocols

  1. Each athlete cleans hands before entering.
  2. Each athlete trains and remains in a 150 sw foot space separated from other athletes with their own equipment.
  3. Wipes are provided for each station and the gym is cleaned in between classes.


Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Personal Training

Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Olympic Lifting

We offer Olympic Weightlifting classes as the perfect supplement for athletes seeking to develop explosive strength and power as well as improve speed, coordination and flexibility. Don’t be fooled by the sometimes-large exterior, Olympic lifters are some of the most flexible athletes in the world. This class can (and should) be utilized by men and women, young and old.

CrossFit Kids

With over 12 years of teaching olympic lifting, our coaches have a ton of experience teaching the snatch and clean and jerk for either competition or just to make you faster and more explosive.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a grea way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

This 3 part series on non-hunger eating addresses the many influences on eating behaviors including stress and emotions; will power and self discipline; family, friends, and coworkers. Jeannie provides recommendations and tools for managing derailing thoughts and establishing healthier habits. Attend 1 or all 3 sessions.

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
